Located in the heart of South Salem lies the Market on Spring: across from the church and on the same road as the local library. The café opened in mid-February this year, after renovations.

Whenever I have gone in, there is always a smiling face behind the counter, always willing to help you pick out a delicious meal to order or talk to you about the beautiful weather outside. From opening at 7:00 until 11:30, they serve an array of classic breakfast foods: complete with fresh donuts, a cereal bar and a plethora of unique breakfast sandwiches. And then it’s lunch time.
