It’s that time of year again! I know just as well as you that finding a great Halloween movie to watch can be a real struggle. So here are my top 5 best Halloweeny movies to watch on your boring Halloweekend. Cure that Halloween craving you’ve got.

1.      Halloweentown: We can all agree that Halloweentown takes the candy-corn cake for one of the best Halloween movies ever. It has the perfect mix of really, really dry (almost not funny) humor and actual scary scenes that make it the perfect movie to watch.

2.      Halloween: There is a big difference between Halloweentown and Halloween. You’ll definitely be sleeping with the lights on after watching this one. Starring Mike Myers, it’s the perfect creepy movie for Monday, the 31st.

3, 4.  Twitches & Twitches 2: Reunited on their 21st birthday, twin sisters Tia and Tamera Mowry use their magic powers to save their kingdom from the forces of darkness. Doesn’t that just sound like the perfect cure to your Halloween movie sweet tooth?

5.      Casper the Friendly Ghost: C’mon, there’s just no way to hate a movie about a friendly kid ghost falling in love with a living human. When Dr. James Harvey arrives to communicate with Casper and his fellow spirits, he brings along his teenage daughter, Kat. Casper quickly falls in love with Kat. It’s a classic movie, and it can also double as a nice Halloween chick-flick.
